Shipping Policies
Prima-Acai.com ships orders within the 50 United States via UPS or USPS. Depending on product availability, orders shipped usually arrive within 1-5 business days. Packages sent UPS will not deliver on Saturday. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. Signature may be required for delivery. The shipping charges are as follows:

Flat Rate UPS Ground $6.99
Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail $6.99 (required for PO Boxes)

Delivery Confirmation
Because many instances may occur at your address that is beyond our control, Buyer agrees that any delivery confirmation provided by the selected carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder, even without a signature.

Return and Cancellation Policy
• All problems with your order must be reported before the end of the next business day.
• Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
• No unauthorized returns.
• To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, simply contact us.
• An order that is returned after is has shipped will be treated as a return.
• Returns must be approved within 30 days of receipt.
• Products returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Packages that are returned without the RMA number clearly posted on the exterior of the package will be refused.
• Shipping charges are not refundable in any case.
• If your merchandise is refused at the time of delivery, your order will be treated as a return upon its arrival at our warehouse.

Chargeback Policy
All references to a "chargeback" refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed on www.Prima-Acai.com. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargeback's are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on www.Prima-Acai.com, please contact us for immediate resolution.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT CHARGEBACK ANY AMOUNTS CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON THIS SITE.
